📦 Return Eligibility

Before initiating a return, make sure your item meets the following conditions:

• Return window: Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• Non-returnable items: Final sale items, personalized products, and certain beauty or fragrance items cannot be returned.

🔁 Return Process for U.S. Customers

1. Visit the Liberty London Returns Portal
   Go to returns.liberty.co.uk and log in using your order number and email address.

2. Select Items to Return
   Choose the items you wish to return and select a reason for each return from the drop-down list.

3. Generate Return Label
   Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid DHL Express label via email. This label is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

4. Pack Your Return
   Securely pack the items in the original shipping box (if available). Affix the DHL label to the outside and ensure any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

5. Schedule a Pickup or Drop-Off

   • Pickup: Visit mydhl.express.dhl to schedule a pickup from your home or office.

   • Drop-off: You can also drop the parcel off at any DHL Express location near you.
