2. Choose Items to Return
   Select the item(s) you wish to return, provide a return reason, and confirm your return request.

3. Download Your Free Return Label
   Once submitted, you'll receive a Royal Mail Tracked Returns label via email. Print and attach it securely to the parcel.

4. Package Your Return
   Reuse the original packaging where possible. Remove or cover any old delivery labels before affixing the return label.

5. Drop Off Your Parcel
   Take your return to any Royal Mail Post Office or Delivery Office. Be sure to get a proof of postage.
