What Items Are Not Eligible for Return

Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, but some exceptions apply due to hygiene, personalization, or special order status.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

• Personalised Products: Items that have been engraved, monogrammed, or made to order.
• Pierced Jewellery: For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Beauty & Fragrance: Unsealed or used beauty and fragrance items are non-returnable.
• Perishable Goods: Food, drink, or other perishables cannot be returned.
• Final Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
