If you’d prefer a different size, colour, or product, we offer exchange options both online and in-store—based on availability.
Online Orders:
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges by post.
- Instead, please return the original item for a refund, and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
In-Store Purchases:
- Items bought in-store can be exchanged directly at our Liberty London location within 30 days, subject to stock availability.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with a valid proof of purchase.
- Exchange requests may be declined if the item is non-returnable (see “What Items Are Not Eligible for Return”).
