How Refunds Are Issued

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund using your original method of payment.

Refund Processing Timeline:

• Returns are typically inspected within 3–5 business days of arriving at our facility.
• Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund Methods:

• Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
• Gift Card Purchases: These will be refunded as a Liberty London digital gift card.
• Split Payments: If you paid using a mix of payment types (e.g., card + gift card), refunds will be applied proportionally.

Note: Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
