Returning Items Bought In-Store

Products purchased from our Liberty London physical store can be returned in-store within 30 days, with proof of purchase.

Return Process:

1. Bring the item(s) back to the store with your original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
3. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (or Liberty gift card if you prefer).

Please Note:

• Store-bought items cannot be returned by post.
• Some products (e.g., personalized, hygiene-sensitive, or final sale items) may still be non-returnable—see our full return policy for details.
